In an interview with Little Giant Boxing, Alvarez said that he doesn’t consider fighting an MMA fighter a challenge, so he will never do it.
Alvarez feels that the reason MMA fighters call out boxers every now and then is for a huge pay-day, something that MMA fails to provide them.
Alvarez is not a believer in cross-over match-ups and feels that MMA fighters and boxers should stick to their respective sports.
