UFC lightweight Khabib Nurmagomedov took umbrage with something UFC welterweight Nick Diaz said, and when the two crossed paths in the pit area, a brawl broke out.

According to Shaheen Al-Shatti, Nurmagomedov, who is currently rehabbing a knee injury, got into the face of WSOF fighter Martin Sano, who trains with the Diaz brothers. This prompted Nick Diaz to throw a drink at Nurmagomedov who proceeded to start brawling with Nate.
Nick and his brother Nate, a UFC lightweight, have been involved in backstage brawls before, most famously with Jason “Mayhem” Miller and K.J. Noons.
