Henderson competed last month in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night 59 and lost a controversial decision to Donald Cerrone. “Smooth” stated after the fight he wanted a fight quickly and he got one when Stephen Thompson dropped out of tonight’s fight due to injury and the former champion stepped up to the plate. Thatch is 2-0 in the UFC with both of those wins by first round stoppage and will be competing for the first time since November of 2013.
